Tony Perkins, nobody has "HIV"

OMSJ puts the "HIV" on the ropes in the case of Indiana.

Second televised report in two weeks, after the criminal case against a defendant for transmission of HIV has been questioned.

been over fifteen months since Tony Perkins was arrested by local police on charges of deliberately infecting about 100 women with AIDS.



"All we wanted was a normal relationship," said Perkins. "If you (journalists) teach people the truth about this disease, then perhaps not have had to lie and have told them what I had. "

When asked about the number of victims, Perkins said," are not victims. No one has HIV. All I did was not say 'I wanted to have a relationship. "

But after The Innocence Project (OMSJ) reviewed the evidence submitted by the prosecution, found no evidence to justify that Perkins had been correctly diagnosed as HIV positive by a competent physician.
OMSJ When questioned last month experts as witnesses for the plaintiff, the senior official of the Indiana Department of Health was forced to admit that they were experts in HIV or HIV testing.



Johnson County District Attorney Bradley Cooper insists that the trial will be ready for next month.


This news comes a week after NBC News report that Sergeant David Gutierrez, who also joined the Innocence Project seeking a resource for a new trial after being found guilty by the military tribunal in January. Source
